Misleading information given by booking people. Indoor games not working, table tennis table is broke and old, foosball broke, xbox 360 no game playable. Property is not maintained at all.

Recently booked a villa and service was top-notch. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was like staying with family but with that extra touch of luxury. Food prepared by them was so delicious and taste.... Must visit here

I visited here this weekend with my friends. Unfortunately it turned out nightmare of an experience for us. To pinpoint the rooms and sit-out spaces were too shabby, terrible washrooms, poorly maintained property and above all an hopeless service. This property is not even worth 10k per night on weekends, and I was charged 28k. Pl avoid this property. Visit here only if you want to see torn cushions, damaged sofas, out of order gysers and Air Conditioners. Staff is as ignorant as the state of this property.

Must visit place to enjoy your holidays with your friends/family. The rooms were luxurious and food was really amazing. We had great fun, came last weekend with my friends and it was one my best experience ever

Cons: - No AC in the living room. - The pool is far from the property, -And Inaccessible during night -Rats are roaming in the living room. -No continuous water in the bathroom. -They don't provide sufficient glasses for drinks (just 8 glasses for grp of 20) - No powder on Carrom - Useless speaker at pool area - Dirty washroom at pool area - Dogs enter the room - this isn't a premium property Pros: - Food was tasty - Spacious property - Room speaker 💯 - food on time - Rooms were clean

A very decent property, only if the owners kept it maintained. As you enter half of the lights in the hall area are not working. We asked for tea when and we were told there is no milk. Tea is a minimum that all kitchens will expect to get an order on. We had to go out to have tea. At night some short circuit happened and entire night was spent without air conditioner and also without a fan. While.the caretaker did try everything he could, so adding a star for his effort. Garden is not well kept though it has a great potential. Overall feel is that of a dimly lit old place, which doesn't ooze out energy. Best is that at night you are locked from outside (main door). Though you have access outside through back door, which is open but not sure why the front door was locked. Breakfast was ok. We ordered just jam sandwich and poha. We got tea later that night and at breakfast. The guy had got milk by then. Rooms are big with high ceiling. Hall area is also huge for parties. Place has a swimming pool as well, which was very clean. So that is a plus. But overall, we did not feel rejuvenated when we left.

Firstly, what you see is not what you get. Secondly there is nothing premium about the Villa. The photographs shared on Google and actual location is जमीन आस्मान का फरक *👎*. There is open garbage in the premise. Black small flies, Stray dogs in compound. It feels like the premise/ compund hasn't been cleaned for months. Dirty Toilet seats, broken flush tank handle and what not. Never again! LSQ & Mr. Patel , take care of the villa before it's too late. Thank you .
